May. 11th, 2011 07:09 pmA year ago, I was having an awesome time in the States. Think I'd got to Orlando by this point...
And the cycle of holidayness rolls round again. We're heading off to Turkey again this weekend. ^^ Kusadasi - somewhere new. Although near somewhere very old, it's right next door to the Ephesus ruins - I saw them when I first went, 10 years ago or something by now?
At least the weather's promising to not be insane-o-hot this time of year. One catch with going down Mediterranean-wards, I melt. Hotel is supposed to be pretty sweet, too, all inclusive (although I hate those silly wristbands all inclusive hotels tend to give you... gr.) There is wifi, so yeah, will be doing internets things at some point.
When I come back, though, I am gonna have to seriously buckle down to actually making costume bits... and I'm having Still More Ideas on what could work... steampunk concepts, stuff of a cute pony variety (damn those cute equines)... yeah. I'll probably think of even more things when I'm gone. ^^;
