Nightmare today.
So, it's entering assignment-handing-in season in uni. Today was the first, a bit of a calculation-fest for Aerodynamics. And I thought I was doing okay, by my standards; all I had to do today was finish typing a couple of things up that I'd already worked out. It'd be in there nice 'n happy by four o'clock at the latest!
That wasn't taking into account that Office hates me. Copy-paste broke. The Greek letters broke, which is a killer when every other damn letter in the piece is a theta or an alpha or an omega or yeah. The backspace key stopped working. The equation editor dissolved into question marks. The formatting went mad.
It took me until half-six. I had to bug the caretaker to let me get at the drop-box. (Interestingly, he agrees that the tutor this assignment is for is a Pain In The Ass.)
Ugggh. Well, taught me a lesson. Next time for this subject, I hand-write.
