Apr. 6th, 2012 11:27 pmI'm starting to think of doing something big. Still not something I'm going to commit to in any serious way until a month or so off, when I've been away with a friend...
But I'm considering just - doing the travel thing. I've got savings from all this time I've been living with my folks, after all. And I've got ideas.
The simple stuff. Around Europe, or to be a bit more complex, Australia. Or even Japan. All doable.
Or maybe something a bit more ... complex. I've done a world tour, once. Years ago.
But one at my own pace. And one visiting something kind of - is important the word? Big, anyway - to me.
Do a tour that takes in all the Disneys! That is to say, Florida's familiar stomping ground, California, Tokyo, Hong Kong, possibly Shanghai where the new one's being built, and finish up in Paris that I last saw when it was just five years old and had only just stopped being called Eurodisney. Probably some other stops and visits around relevant countries, too (Europa Park again?) because even I can only take so much mouse and co.
No real idea if it's a thing that could happen. But right now, I need a dream.
