Dec. 15th, 2011 11:34 pmBluh. Today was a day of not feeling too good. Didn't even manage an hour in work not too good. Suspect I might not make it in tomorrow, either... meh. These things happen.
Annoyed I left my lunch in the fridge, though. Waste of good tortilla.
So ended up putting up the Christmas tree instead. Strange things, sometimes, Christmas trees - we go through all this effort putting up the shiny things but all for just a month... despite the shops' best efforts. Haven't really felt particularly 'festive' at all this year? Except perhaps when I visited the winter fair back when we were in London. Most of the stuff, the radio pumping out the same old Christmas tunes, isn't having much effect... a lot of it's just fake happy on top of grey clouds and it's not helping me.
That and the next time I hear 'deck the halls' I will deck the person who sings it. </scrooge> (Looking at you, carol-whistling guy from work. I keep hearing you have intelligent conversations, or at least ones that are relevant to my interests, so I know you've got a brain in your head - could you apply that to not being irritating perhaps?)
While I'm reminded by various things, pictures fromLand of De Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany. I should share more holiday snaps. XD http://imgur.com/a/MWRhh
Think I'm going to try my hand at the old writey shenanigans again.

... or not. ( More emotional blither. )
... this is going to have to be another short post. Argh. Just argh. So much for keeping my own promises. But there's nothing new for me to say? Nothing new that's worth relating. I can't think of any decent ideas that I could even write a little thing about, and I'm too tired now to write them.
Ah well.
*checks word count anyway*
Oh, hey, I nearly made it despite that. Amazing how it's possible to say so much about not saying anything, isn't it?
... And the agent says, that's a rather unique act, what do you call it? And the guy says 'The Aristocrats'.
