So work have decided to ban headphones in the office.
*insert Big No here*
Aargh. Apparently it's to improve concentration and team - something? I don't know. But I know that, concentration-wise, if it's a choice between
a) Listening to something - probably chillouty music or Homestuck soundtracks
b) Being made to listen to the prats behind me talking about what they had for dinner and what they're doing tonight and aaargh...
You get the message.
(And sometimes, what's even more distracting is when people two tables over are having a very interesting/fun conversation that I, given where I'm sitting, can't really join in with...)
Glad that the team music nut wasn't in today. He is not one for being quiet when faced with corporate bullcrap.
