Aug. 22nd, 2010 04:09 pmLooks like it's that time again. Parents are currently running around looking for holiday destination. Seem to have their eye on Northern Cyprus, which looks nice although my brain is screaming 'they have Politics there!' Well, I've never been able to fault Turkish food, I liked our last trip to Cyprus proper, and it'll be nice to have a relaxing stop rather than the madness (if highly enjoyable madness) that was the America trip.
After we come back, though... welp. End of September, my job contract's scheduled to be over and done with. And it's back to WHAT DO I DO NOW time.
There's a possibility they might offer me an extension, from what the agency and interview mentioned: my last little meeting with the team manager types seemed to show they were happy with what I was doing (I have a knack with working with foreign stuff, at least French, they think). Question becomes, then, do I take it? It's a nice work environment, and they're good about the little extra perks and all, but it's staring at a computer for seven-eight hours a day and that is probably not a medically good thing for me with my tendency to migraines and everything... Hrm.
And if I don't get offered an extension, well. Back to square one.
