Nov. 25th, 2007 11:50 pmI know my brain is stuck in the geekosphere when every time I hear the word 'cake' I instantly add 'is a lie', or expect someone to. And I've never even played Portal. Think Orange Box is on the list of games for getting now I have money and all that, mind. Along with a rather big backlog.
Argh have umpteen million graphs to draw for assignment for Friday. And doing the things in Excel (or OpenOffice Excel Clone, anyway) doesn't help. Just comes out as a bodge. Me and Excel Clone are not friends. It is probably the only program I'm not friends with. I need to get something better.
Also trying to work out how my body works that a bottle of Coke or Pepsi can shift a headache/sick feeling that no amount of actual painkillers will budge. Always seems to do the trick to get me functional at least when paracetamol fails (although as soon as I start relying on it I know I'll probably be hit by one that it doesn't work on). Weird.
