Maths class was weird today. I was AFAIK the only native English speaker in the *room*, and that includes the teacher. I'd picked a seat next to a couple of lads I knew were Brits but they'd ended up in the wrong group and cleared off. Heh.
Went over to Business Management; the way that'd worked it was double-scheduled, two classes the same, go to either. Everyone'd gone to the one yesterday, which was first thing in the morning so if I didn't have to go to it, you get the picture. I was the only one there. Started just talking to the teacher about how I'd done. She comments I have an aptitude for the whole engineering thing. Used that word. And I'm enough of a dork for my brain to go all 'yeeeeeah, so did you-know-who'. I hate it when that happens. XD This is also the teacher behind the Evil Computer Incident, so my brain was already halfway there...
I'm still a bundle of second thoughts about continuing with the course, even though I know it'll be a good thing at the end of it and that I am actually Good At It overall when I can get my rear into gear. Ngh. Stay positive. Just feel so damn isolated this time around, so mixed up...
