Sep. 25th, 2007 07:07 pmNot having a good day. Woke up in the kind of mood... well. Foul and angry and sad and worried and all that crap all at once, mostly re: college panic. Also rather sick, dammit, I've never had jetlag last this long and this bad before. Felt so sick and rotten and tired in the end I had to miss the first class... geez. This has to be a new record for me. Meh, I started a week late last year, one isn't going to hurt.
Half think there was no point in going in for the afternoon either. Both classes were stupidly overcrowded thanks to timetable screwups. First was maths and that was really just talk through what's going to be on the cards for this semester. And avionics? The guy sitting in front of me just went 'shoot me now' at the end of the class, and I think the opinion was a popular one. It's all exactly what we did last year, if the notes are to be trusted. WHAT. I see 'most likely to be cut class' here.
Also my Heroes torrent is being stupid slow. I set it up before I went into college and it still has hours to go. Aaaarg. Bigger file than normal, too, that's *weird*. Know I could whizz over to Dailymotion to get it but I figure I might as well be patient now I've got so far, and I hate having to load one bit, watch that, load the next, watch that... my internet connection and streaming video are not friends. I also prefer to watch things full screen if I can. So yeah.
Tempted to wear my Cortana T-shirt tomorrow, as that's when the H3 release is over here. Don't know if I'll have the guts. I'll probably put it under a sweater or something.
