Sep. 22nd, 2007 11:27 amAnd just got home. Ears are still doing the ringing thing from the plane. And my body thinks it's stupid a.m. from only managing to doze a bit on the plane and I feel a bit sick.
Heard about the tornado/storm in Florida on Thursday? Flattened a load of stuff? That was about 15 miles from where we were. A bit of the storm system actually blew over the Magic Kingdom when we were there (seemed to do a lot of Disney parks this time; parents' idea but I'm not complaining.) Pretty wild stuff...
But yeah. Much theme park mayhem. Haven't had a chance to get online. Did Busch Gardens (went on all the water rides...! soaked to the ski), then the folks decided to do MGM Studios (v. cool, the stunt car show rocks bigtime), Epcot (kinda cool but not so much big stuff) and the house of mouse in one go. Well, break before the last but it didn't help much as we were running around malls, ow, my frickin' feet. At least they didn't cancel the parade this time - there was an 8pm lit-up parade as well as the normal one which nearly got cancelled (aforementioned storm from hell) but it didn't in the end and it was very cool. And finally got to Space Mountain. Whoo.
...I've gotta sleep.
