(no subject)

Looks like I might be on my way to actually getting a car - we've got one picked out. At last. Well, a share in a car - it'll be cheaper if it's insured as Dad's but my name's on there too. I'll probably be able to get a solo car when I've had a bit more experience on the road (and I've actually got a full licence). Couldn't get away with driving the old one, and anyway, that thing makes a lot of very scary CLANK noises when it's not really wanted. ...Now to finish off the learning to park and passing test thing.

Headache has been pinging backwards and forwards across my head all day (and they try to blame computers; I've been out at the seaside and it still does it). Seems to have shuffled to somewhere behind my left eye. I feel like York.

My headphones currently have more black electrical tape on them than actual plastic coating. They're like ... ancient Egyptian mummyphones. Something is wrong here. ...Eh, at least they still sound alright; they're beating out my last pairs on that count, no problem. And if I put much more tape on them they'll probably be completely indestructible.
