Got our marks back for one of last semester's classes. One hundred percent. (Actually, it was 89% and 82% for the assignments and reports, and 118% on the exam because I did a few extra credit questions; I'm not sure how the mark weighting went, I think 50% for the exam and 25% for the other bits.)

I'm happy.

Went a bit like:
Teacher: "You did material science last semester?"
Me: "Yep."
Teacher: *hands over class's grade sheet for a look*
Me: *collapses onto desk*
Teacher to everyone else: "[my real name] didn't do too well."
Me: *strange wobbly noise*

Got my first volunteer gig at the local historic big hall. Sunday, helping out with one of the events they hold down there, either helping the kids with crafts or with a competition or something.
Now this oughta be an experience.
Keep it up and I might actually have something I can convince someone into giving me a paying job with...! But nah, it's all worth it anyway. Gets me out and about.
