Okay, I just did an autorestore of a draft of the post I was gonna post, and it looked like... well, it looked like Durandal really had gone rampant on me, ha ha. *clacks computer across monitor* Mangled copies all running into each other. I saved it for the funny.

But anyway. Salvaging the post...

Plots, plots, plots. Yes, this was kind of inspired by the little 'bye bye' post, but it's not like I hadn't been thinking about it anyway. Dammit, I really need to get something worked out and thrown on the OOC.

The straight conflict between the armies is pretty much out, thanks to our little Sg/F/Si romantic dealy - no way anything's going to flare up then. So something else is going to have to provide a conflict if there is one.
Ask about O'Malley?
Another enemy/protagonist of some kind? But what/who?
We're more Haloverse than the original, is anything available there? Probably leave it a while before anything big and Covenantish, given we've only just gotten Crunchbite... (What do the pre-civil-war Spartans know about the Covies anyway?)

Failing all else, I need to get a plot for Simmons at the very least that isn't him angsting. XD
