Hmm. Karate class last night would've ruled - we had a new instructor for the night, who was really cool - except for one thing.

I swear. He's a junior black-belt and always takes the warm-up exercises. This wouldn't be so bad if a) he showed he knew what he was doing, and b) he wasn't such a smug gimboid about it. His favourite bit of pointlessness is making people circle their arms in opposite directions, left forwards, right back.
And to make everyone run/bounce on the spot - without doing it himself.
Next was the 'when I say 'ichi' you punch, when I say 'ni' you kick, when I say 'san' you do a funny impossible jumpy kick thing' incident. For one thing, he kept saying 'itch'.
Well, if you tell me to itch my knee I'm going to itch it. You were just yelling out pointless things at the end.
