Aug. 5th, 2004 05:00 pmBlargh. It is *foul* outside at the moment.
The one day I plan on going out sketching for college - it rains. And rains buckets. Typical. As usual, the UK weather missed the memo that it's actually August...
Must keep an eye on the thunder and lightning situation. Last time I turned the comp on during a lightning storm, a quarter of the monitor went pink. Luckily, it was just the bottom corners. But I don't want that to happen again. You can still see the colours are faded around where they went strange if you look hard enough. This monitor's too good to be killed like that.
But then again - when it's belting it down, what else is there to do? Can't go into town. Have read every single book in my collection that isn't actually written in Japanese. There's always the 'cube, but sometimes I get a bit too frustrated with games to be in the mood. Watch TV? Ha. Nothing good on at the mo', damn you Toonami.
So I'm just watching raindrops.
