...my headphones just died.
Let's rephrase that.
My £30, lightweight, comfortable, cute, blue, retractable-corded ear-clip headphones which are made of all things which are good like kitten smiles and rainbows* and make my day to day life better by delivering beautiful-sounding music to me whenever I should need an audio accompaniment to enhance my routine - just died.
This, as you might guess - sucks. I'm left with
a) the £5 pair where the fuzzy earpads fell off somewhere in The Girls From Class' house
b) the pair that came with mum's metal detector (no kidding) which are big, chunky cans of things and are held together with duct tape and paperclips
c) the ones that came with my iPod.
A is the only real choice. The big chunky cans are reserved strictly for Halo purposes as they would look dorky outside the house, and the iPod ones are just a no as I hate in-ear phones with a passion.
But A hurts.
We're going to try and get the good ones looked at on the offchance the guarantee is still good. But as I'm pretty certain a dinosaur ate the box, they'd better not ask for that if they want 'em back.
Urgh.
Suck.
*Note: Headphones may not contain kitten smiles.

And I can't stand those bitty ear-buds either. I like mine with lots of padding.

And whose idea was teeny earbuds anyway? They always either fall out or hurt and I'm not interested in either, kthx.

And the sound qualitity isn't as good, at least to me.

Got the things replaced though, so all is Well With The World!
